Franklin County Public Health, in collaboration with Franklin County EMA and Homeland Security and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), is making available BinaxNOW At-Home Rapid Test Kits for distribution to our community partners.

Organizational Distribution

Participating agencies must designate an in-house administrator, who will serve as the point-of-contact for the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).  Among other duties, the administrator will track and report the number of test kits that are distributed by their agency on a weekly basis to ODH.

Individual Kits

Each Individual client of an organization must create a unique registration to receive a kit.  Clients will need to access an app (provided with the kit) for instructions on using the swab and submitting results.  Test results will go to Abbott who will report positive results to the ODH who will then forward the positivity rates to individual health department jurisdictions.

 How to Order

**Please note: We are currently out of test kits.  We are working to get more.  Once in stock, we will update the form. Thank you.

An online form must be completed if your agency would like to participate in the distribution of the BinaxNOW At-Home Rapid Test Kits. Once completed, your agency will be eligible to receive up to 500 test kits.
